Who we are

The Colonnade Group are first and foremost, strategic land and regeneration specialists who work in partnership with key stakeholders, constantly striving for excellence in creating innovative, environmentally friendly and sustainable communities.

Colonnade was established in 2002 and since then has maintained steady growth each year as it takes on yet more challenging and innovative projects. The group was founded on projects conceived on the north bank of the Thames, below the area that became the Thames Gateway. Its speciality has been in the planning of mixed-use schemes throughout the south east. The group now has fourteen strategic projects in seven local authourity areas.

We aim to excel in regenerating areas that have proved to be challenging. The group’s ability to undertake such a diverse number of projects is due to the wealth of experience held by its board of directors and their energy and commitment to meeting new challenges. Rather than simply adopting a safety first approach, we search out opportunities where value can be created through a visionary approach. That is the foundation of our success and the reason we have managed to create substantial annual growth across all areas of the business.
