We create the opportunity through the land acquisition and planning process to establish communities on a proper, infrastructure-first basis, all privately financed through the uplift in the value of the land. Consultation is at the core of our project evolution.

Colonnade works effectively in formal and informal partnerships with a variety of different stakeholders and landowners. The approach is constant, one of openness and respect. We are also used to dealing with public sector landowners who are either looking to secure regeneration or realise value for surplus land. Colonnade has a team that can respond directly to consultees' and landowners' needs and concerns. Mutual trust is the cornerstone of our ethos.

We have innovated a number of ownership and profit models but this is not just about our relationship with landowners, it is also about the ability to promote schemes that deliver a sensible blend for the public sector and for occupiers and users of our schemes alike.
